We get it. Sometimes the size is off, the vibe isn’t right, or you accidentally ordered two beanies at 2am mid-scroll. Whatever the reason, we’ve got your back.


🕒 Return Window

You’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange an item.

No dramas — just don’t wear it on a full-day mission then try to send it back covered in pie crumbs.


📦 What Can Be Returned

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In resaleable shape — no sweat stains, weird smells, or poo stains.
  • Sale items = final sale unless faulty

🔁 Exchange

Need a different size or colour? Easy.

Flick us an email at mountaingskag@gmail.com, let us know what you need, and we’ll sort you out if stock allows.

We don’t hold items, so act quick if you’ve got your eye on something.


💸 Refunds

Once we get your return back and give it the thumbs up, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.

  • Refunds usually hit within 3–5 working days
  • We’ll email you when it’s done
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (couriers don’t work for free, we checked)

🧭 How to Return

  1. Email us at mountaingskag@gmail.com with your order number and what you'd like to return/exchange
  2. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions
  3. Post it back to us (you cover return shipping)
  4. Once we get it, we’ll inspect it and process your request

📉 Faulty or Wrong Item?

If we’ve mucked something up, like sent you the wrong size, or a misprinted tee — we’ll fix it fast and cover any shipping.

Email us with photos and we’ll make it right, no questions asked (well maybe one or two).
